This Privacy Policy is formulated for the Corva application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), which provides users with one-stop simple photo watermarking services including text and Logo watermark addition and quick image export. This policy applies to all adult users aged 18 and above who access and use the App’s services. Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from using this App and its related functions. By registering for, accessing, or using the App’s services, you fully acknowledge and agree to abide by all terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of Personal Information Collection

Corva adheres to the principle of "necessity and minimalism" in collecting user information, and only collects and processes limited information required to realize the App’s core watermarking functions. We do not actively collect users’ sensitive personal information such as identity information, location information, and contact list information.

The information we may collect includes but is not limited to: temporary photo data uploaded by users independently for watermark production, custom text content and Logo image materials set by users for watermarks. All the above information is only used for the real-time execution of the user’s watermark production and export operations.

2. Use of Collected Information

All user information collected by Corva is solely used to provide, maintain and optimize the core service functions of the App, and will not be used for any unauthorized purposes. The specific usage scenarios are as follows:

• Realize user-initiated photo watermark addition, preview and high-speed export functions, and complete real-time data processing of user operation instructions;

• Optimize the operation logic and response speed of the App’s watermarking function, improve the overall use experience of users;

• Verify the normal operation of the App system and troubleshoot abnormal faults that may occur during user use.

We will not use user information for commercial promotion, advertising push, data sales and other behaviors irrelevant to the App’s core services without the user’s explicit authorization.

3. Information Storage and Protection

Corva adopts local processing as the core service mode. Most of the user’s photo materials, watermark text and Logo data are processed locally on the user’s mobile device, and will not be automatically uploaded to our cloud server by default. After the user completes the watermark export operation, the temporary cached data generated during the operation can be automatically cleared by the App or manually deleted by the user.

We have formulated standardized data security protection measures for a small amount of data that may be temporarily stored in the server (such as operation log data). We adopt technical means such as data encryption storage and access authority isolation to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, tampering and loss of user data. We strictly control the internal access authority of user information, and only authorized personnel can contact relevant data, and all operation behaviors are recorded.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

Corva promises not to sell, rent or transfer users’ personal information and operation data to any third-party institutions, organizations or individuals without the user’s explicit consent, except for the following mandatory situations stipulated by laws and regulations:

• It is required by national laws, regulations, judicial procedures or administrative law enforcement procedures;

• It is necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Corva, users and the public interest in emergency situations;

• The user independently authorizes the sharing and disclosure of relevant information.

5. Age Restriction Statement

This App is only open to users aged 18 and above with full civil capacity. We clearly prohibit any minor under 18 years old from registering, accessing and using all functions and services of this App. If we find or receive feedback that a minor uses the App and uploads relevant data, we will immediately clear the minor’s operation data and prohibit the corresponding device from accessing the App’s services.

If you are a guardian of a minor and find that your minor child has used our App without authorization, please contact us through the official email in a timely manner, and we will process the relevant data and access permissions as soon as possible.

6. User Rights and Obligations

Users have the right to independently choose whether to upload photos, set watermark content and use the App’s functions. You have the right to check, delete local operation cache data at any time, and have the right to put forward inquiries, objections and correction applications for our data processing behavior.

6.2 User Obligations

Users shall abide by national laws, regulations and public order and good customs when using the App’s services. Users shall be solely responsible for the photos, text and Logo materials uploaded and used by themselves, and shall ensure that they have the legal right to use the involved materials. We are not responsible for any copyright disputes, legal liabilities and losses caused by the user’s unauthorized use of third-party materials.

7. Policy Update and Notification

We reserve the right to update and revise this Privacy Policy in a timely manner according to service iteration, functional upgrade and national legal requirement changes. The updated privacy policy will be displayed on the App page, and the latest update time will be marked at the top of the policy. The revised policy will take effect immediately after being displayed. If you continue to use the App’s services after the policy is updated, it means that you recognize and accept the updated policy terms.
